Reiki is a very gentle practice that allows you to reconnect to the parts of yourself that are yearning to be seen and felt.

Energy healing sessions typically begin with a short conversation about the concerns that brought you here. Then, we will set our intentions for our time together. When we are ready to transition to the somatic portion of the appointment, I will lead you into your energy field through a process of guided meditation and channeling. Once we are there, I will deliver a stream of distance reiki through the connection we have built with one another. Afterwards, I offer space for us to process what this experience has revealed.

I am a certified level two Usui Holy Fire Reiki practitioner. All reiki sessions are conducted virtually over zoom and are $130 per hour.
